I’ve always thought in terms of design.
Before “design thinking” was a phrase people used, it was already how I solved problems.
Motion. Systems. Operations.
The design of how work gets done and how people work together.
To me this is all one discipline: look at a challenge, understand how it should function, then shape and refine it until it does.
I’m a dot connector.
I link great creative to how it needs to work, and I connect the people, perspectives, and systems that get it there. Not by coding it, but by seeing how it all fits together and helping everyone move in the same direction with clarity and investment.
I’m at my best in environments that value
clarity, trust, and thoughtful execution.

I believe creative excellence is sustained through strong systems, clear decision-making, and respect for the people performing in their areas of expertise.
My leadership style is collaborative and decisive.
I partner closely with executive stakeholders to establish direction early, define guardrails, and create shared understanding, so teams can move quickly without confusion or rework.
I bring the same approach to customer-facing work. Whether helping enterprise teams adopt new platforms, leading workshops with executive sponsors, or guiding creative organizations through AI adoption, the principle stays the same: lead with clarity, design for adoption, protect the people behind it.

These principles have been tested across multi-year transformation programs, cross-market governance work, and AI evaluation initiatives at enterprise scale.

People are the key to success.
New tools alone do not create transformation.
Change works best when it’s done inclusively, thoughtfully, and communicated clearly.
People are a transformation’s greatest resource,
and often its most underused one.

I value:
Clear strategy before execution
Accountability paired with trust
Sustainable systems over short-term fixes
Craft informed by data, context, and audience needs
Protecting human ingenuity from mediocrity. A model trained on everything produces the center of everything, and being recognizable at a glance is what a brand pays for.

Tools will keep changing.
The work of connecting the dots,
between craft and function,
and between people and what’s next,
won’t.
