Making choices clear
When priorities differ, I make the options and trade-offs clear so leaders can weigh each one its impact before making decisions. I draw on the knowledge of experts, the perspectives of leaders, and the initiative’s goals to negotiate a path forward.
Guiding change into practice
Then, I work with stakeholders and their teams to forge ahead, putting direction into practice. I work alongside them to ensure proper support, while centering on primary goals for successful adoption.
